When you connect a Google service to a WebTwizz project, we access only what that service needs, and only after you allow it on Google's permission screen:
The sign-in tokens Google gives us are stored encrypted and used only for the features above. We do not keep copies of your Analytics or Search Console reports beyond a short cache used to display them. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. When you ask the AI assistant about your traffic, search results or bookings, the data it needs is sent to the AI provider that answers you (the AI providers named in this policy) only to produce that answer. People at WebTwizz do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support, or the law or security requires it.
You can disconnect a Google service at any time in your project's Connectors settings, and remove WebTwizz's access from your Google Account connections.

WebTwizz uses AI to generate code, layouts, and websites based on your descriptions. We use third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Moonshot (Kimi).
When you use AI features:
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before use in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

You can connect your WebTwizz account to ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant that supports connecting apps, and build or change your sites from a conversation. This section explains what that connection shares.
To connect, you sign in to WebTwizz and approve access. We then issue the assistant an access token that lets it act on your WebTwizz account. We never see your password for the assistant, and the assistant never sees your WebTwizz password.
In ChatGPT you can also browse WebTwizz templates and help before you connect. Those requests carry no account details.
We do not receive your conversation history. We only receive what the assistant sends in a request to WebTwizz.
We send the assistant what it needs to answer your request: for example your account name and email, your plan, your sites and their status, pictures of your sites, and progress and summaries of changes. The values of secret keys are never sent. WebTwizz never asks for payment card numbers, government ID numbers or secret keys through an assistant; you enter those in WebTwizz itself. In ChatGPT, the password for a password-protected site is set in WebTwizz too; in Claude and other assistants, you can give it in the conversation if you choose. The assistant's provider processes this under its own privacy policy, for ChatGPT the OpenAI Privacy Policy and for Claude the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
What we send about your site's own data depends on the assistant:
You can disconnect an assistant at any time in WebTwizz under Settings, Sessions, Connected apps, which revokes its access right away. Removing WebTwizz in the assistant also stops it from using your account. Deleting a project deletes its chat and version history.
Social Login: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. We use this only to create and manage your account. Review their privacy practices on their respective websites.
Google Maps: Our drag-and-drop builder includes Google Maps integration. When you use map features, your usage is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Google may collect location data when you interact with maps.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of these clauses by contacting us.

Under CCPA, this may be considered "sharing" of personal information. Do Not Track (DNT): Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor Global Privacy Control signals from California residents as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
