Yes. On Standard and Pro you can buy more credits anytime from your account, or turn on auto top-up so you never run out in the middle of a build. You can also move to a bigger credit option or plan at any time. For very high or custom usage, the Custom plan is the best option.

No. When your site needs to save things or let people sign in, WebTwizz adds a database for it automatically, with sign-up, sign-in, password reset and file storage built in. Starter includes 2 databases, Standard 10 and Pro 30. You can also connect your own Supabase, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB or Google Sheets instead.

Starter, the free plan, includes 2 databases, 500 MB of data, 1 GB of files, 10 GB of site traffic a month and 100 sign-in emails a day. Standard includes 10 databases, 5 GB of data, 10 GB of files, 100 GB of traffic and 1,000 sign-in emails a day. Pro includes 30 databases, 20 GB of data, 50 GB of files, 500 GB of traffic and 5,000 sign-in emails a day. Data and files are shared across all your databases. Single uploads can be up to 25 MB on Starter and 500 MB on paid plans. You can restore data from the last day on Starter, 3 days on Standard and 7 days on Pro, and logs are kept for 1, 7 and 30 days. Scheduled jobs run daily on Starter, hourly on Standard and every 5 minutes on Pro. Each plan also includes a monthly amount of database use, and a database sleeps a few minutes after the last visit, so most sites use a small part of it. When space is full, new data cannot be saved until you free some up or upgrade. On paid plans, traffic and database use past the monthly amount come out of your credits, so your sites keep running. On Starter, they pause until the 1st.

The backend built into WebTwizz, with nothing to set up. Any site can have it: a database with Restore data and Download everything, sign-ins with sign-in code and password reset emails, file storage with public and private buckets, scheduled jobs that run in your own time zone with Run now, logs of errors on your live site with email alerts when it goes down or errors spike, privacy-friendly analytics that uses no cookies, and Secrets for your API keys in Settings > Secrets. On paid plans, sign-in emails carry your own sender name and logo. The AI can read the analytics, errors, jobs and stored files of your site to answer questions and fix things.

Yes. All paid plans (Standard, Pro, and Custom) include custom domain support. You can connect your existing domain or purchase a new one through our platform. We provide simple step-by-step instructions for domain setup.

The free tier is there to build and publish your first project: a signup bonus plus a small daily allowance, capped each month. Plans are for building every day, and they add a monthly credit allotment, custom domains, and more published sites. If a database on the free Starter plan uses all of the included use for the month, it pauses until the 1st. When databases are full, new data cannot be saved until you delete some or upgrade.

Yes. The AI builds layouts that adapt to every screen size by default, and you can preview and adjust layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile directly in the builder.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
