03 / Who it's for
Integrations
Payments, database, AI, email and analytics, wired up the moment you connect.

04 / Why generate it
Per-practitioner booking SaaS (Cliniko, Jane, SimplePractice) charges $30-$120 per practitioner per month. With 5 practitioners that's $1,800-$7,200 a year, before SMS or payment processing add-ons.
You own the patient data. Important when you need GDPR or local health-data compliance, or when you'd rather host patient records in your own region than a vendor's default cloud.
FAQ
Everything you need to know before you generate it. Anything else, our team is one email away.
Stripe Checkout fires when the patient confirms a slot. You choose: charge in full, take a deposit, or pre-authorise (charge only on no-show). Webhook updates the booking status to "paid" and only then sends the confirmation email.
Yes. Each practitioner connects Google or Outlook via OAuth. The app reads busy/free, blocks any slot where they have an existing event, and pushes new bookings back to their calendar with the patient's name and intake link.
Email reminders via Resend or your SMTP provider (24h and 1h before by default). SMS reminders via Twilio for the 1h reminder. Both are wired by the AI from the prompt, no scheduled-job plumbing for you to think about.
Because you own the database (Postgres on Supabase), you control where data is stored and how it's deleted. Pick a Supabase region close to your patients. Add a "delete patient record" button that real-deletes intake forms, notes, and history. Audit-log the deletion if your jurisdiction requires it.
Yes. Add a packages table linked to patients, count down sessions per booking, and route Stripe Checkout for the package purchase separately from per-booking checkout. Webtwizz scaffolds the package logic from a follow-up prompt.
