How does refunding work?

Full or partial refund via Stripe API. The flow: support agent enters reason and amount, system calls Stripe refund, updates order status, emails the customer with refund details. If refund includes return-to-stock, inventory increments. Webtwizz scaffolds the whole flow.

How do I sync orders from Shopify / WooCommerce?

Both platforms have orders APIs and webhooks. On order_created webhook, the admin's database gets a copy. Mutations (refund, fulfilment) flow back via API. Two-way sync stays consistent. Webtwizz scaffolds the webhook handler and the API client.

What does the audit log capture?

Every admin mutation: agent ID, action (refund, comp, inventory adjustment), target ID, before / after value, IP, timestamp. Required for compliance (SOC 2, PCI scope). Searchable by agent or target so investigating issues is fast.

Can different ops roles do different things?

Yes. Junior support can refund up to $X without approval; senior support can refund any amount; managers can issue comps. Roles are stored on the user record and checked server-side on every action. UI hides actions the role can't take.
