How does the bot know who's asking?

SSO via Okta / Google Workspace / Azure AD. The bot fetches the employee's record (team, manager, tenure, contract type) on session start. Answers can be personalised: "Your team's PTO policy is 25 days; you have 14 remaining."

How does PTO request flow work?

Employee tells the bot: "I want to take Aug 5-9 off." The bot validates against PTO balance, creates a request row, notifies the manager via email/Slack with approve/reject buttons. Approval flips a calendar event and decrements balance. Standard pattern.

Can it integrate with our existing HRIS (BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto)?
