How are session notes stored privately?

Two fields per session: private_notes (only the coach reads) and shared_notes (the client can see in their portal). Row-level security enforces who reads what. For sensitive notes, optionally encrypt at the application layer before write.

Can clients book directly into the system?

Yes. Combine with the booking-app flow - clients pick a slot from your availability, package balance auto-decrements on completion. Webtwizz scaffolds the calendar sync (Google/Outlook) so personal events block availability.

How do package renewals work?

Each package has X sessions, expires on date Y. When sessions hit zero or expiry approaches, the client gets an email with a "renew" Stripe Checkout link. Auto-renewal optional - just toggle a flag on the package record.

Can my assistant or junior coach access only their assigned clients?

Yes. Add an assigned_coach_id field on clients. Auth roles let assistants see only their assigned clients' bookings; senior coaches see everyone. The UI shows or hides based on role.
