How does recurring giving work?

Stripe Subscriptions handles the recurring charge - donors pick monthly/quarterly/annual at checkout. Cancellation goes through Stripe's customer portal so you don't build it. Webhooks update the donor's active-status, lifetime-given, and last-gift fields.

Can volunteers see donor data with restricted access?

Yes. Add Supabase auth with roles: admin (sees everything), staff (sees segments they're assigned), volunteer (anonymised aggregates only). Row-level security enforces it; the UI hides what the role can't access.
